AlterCOP30: Masterclass on the BCRS and Panel Discussion with Remi CESARO

The global conversation regarding climate action and the pursuit of a sustainable future necessitates forums for discussion and innovation. AlterCOP30 Singapore is designed to fulfil this objective, and we are excited to share that Remi Cesaro will contribute to two events.

On November 11th, Remi will lead a masterclass on “Deep dive into the upcoming Beverage Container Return Scheme (BCRS) in Singapore”. This session will detail the upcoming BCRS scheme on plastic and metal containers, which is expected to be implemented in April 2026. How will it work? How will it boost recycling rates and drive a true circular economy? What transformation could we expect from it? Join this engaging Masterclass to unpack the details and implications of the future BCRS.

Then, on November 14th, Remi will participate in a panel discussion on Human Capital, the Transition to a Sustainable Economy. This topic highlights the belief that people are central to achieving sustainability, with their collective will, skill, and ingenuity driving change.

AlterCOP30 Singapore is more than just a conference; it’s a movement. With over 180 sessions spread across two weeks, most of them free, it offers an unparalleled opportunity for learning, networking, and engagement. Zero Waste City encourages you to explore the extensive program and register for the sessions that align with your interests. This is a chance to be part of a community dedicated to making a tangible difference.

Join Remi and countless other passionate individuals in shaping a more sustainable, resilient, and equitable future.
